This is massive. Some thoughts from a UK perspective: Changes the global benchmark. Puts enormous pressure on the UK's FCA and Treasury to align or risk looking out of step. It kills the "regulatory uncertainty" argument. We can now point to this as a working model and push the FCA to adopt something similar rather than building from scratch. It means the end of regulation by enforcement. The previous approach by the SEC didn’t work and other jurisdictions will take notice. It accelerates institutional money flows. With the US opening up, capital and crypto businesses will gravitate toward clear jurisdictions. The UK risks losing its shot at becoming a global digital assets hub if it doesn't move quickly — this is a "now or never" moment for advocates to make that case loudly. It validates the asset class itself. In short, it's the strongest piece of external ammunition a UK digital assets champion has had in years.

TODAY 🚨: The Commission issued an interpretation that clarifies the application of federal securities laws to crypto assets. This is a major step to provide greater clarity regarding the Commission’s treatment of crypto assets. Read the release here: ow.ly/XhhV50YvxvO
