The President held a meeting in the Kremlin on the development of artificial intelligence technologies. Here is what the President said at the beginning of this meeting: Today—joined by leading domestic technology companies—we will discuss the progress of our collaborative work in the field of artificial intelligence. With many of those present here today, we constantly revisit this topic in one form or another, and in various configurations. Let me remind you that late last year—at Sber’s specialized conference as well as at the Council for Strategic Development and National Projects—we spoke in detail about the exceptional, indeed critical, importance of developing and widely implementing these solutions. I reiterate: artificial intelligence—alongside digital platforms and autonomous systems—is fundamentally reshaping the landscape of the economy, social relations, the social sphere, education, healthcare, logistics, industry, defense, and security. Indeed, it is transforming the entire life of the country. Our sovereignty—and, in the not-too-distant future, without any exaggeration, the very existence of the Russian state—depends on our ability to keep pace with the rate of global change. It is essential to bear in mind that artificial intelligence technologies are evolving rapidly. Indeed, fundamental language models—neural networks possessing colossal computational capabilities—are becoming increasingly sophisticated. Until very recently, such systems were evaluated solely on their mastery of a body of encyclopedic knowledge; however, this year, during specialized tests, they demonstrated impressive capabilities for deep interdisciplinary analysis. Furthermore, language models are being used to create intelligent assistants—so-called artificial intelligence agents, or AI agents. These agents no longer merely execute specific commands or answer simple user queries; instead, operating autonomously and largely without human intervention, they now solve tasks assigned to them by humans. Crucially, these artificial intelligence agents are already approaching a new level of autonomy. They are learning to plan their actions, evaluate the results they obtain, and interact with humans and the real world. Last year, in a certain sense, a watershed moment occurred: the vast majority of experiment participants mistook the machine's responses for a dialogue with a living human—for a conversation with another person. In other words, these AI agents demonstrated their ability to mimic humans, including their cognitive and even emotional behavior. It's predicted that in the near future, these agents will also be able to handle physical tests. For example, it will be difficult to determine whether a car is being driven by a human or a neuropilot. So, I would like to reiterate once again: the issues of the widespread use of language models and, of course, their creation and capacity building are of fundamental importance for the future of the country. The specialists gathered here are well aware that the development of language models—these AI agents—frequently relies on so-called open solutions: entire libraries of algorithms shared by developers from around the world. This resource for cooperation and partnership must, without question, be utilized effectively. I want to emphasize this: language models are a fundamental, cross-cutting technology that underpins the sovereign development of all spheres. Only with our own models can we confidently move forward, guarantee security and defense capability, and, crucially, remain at the forefront of scientific and engineering thought, especially since our country is one of the few countries with unique competencies in this area. Therefore, I consider it essential to ensure the creation and subsequent development of indigenous foundational artificial intelligence models. ++ Thread 1/ #Russia 👊🇷🇺🚀🚀🚀

"You're seeing the first cleansing of AI in a war footing, and the results speak for themselves. I mean, 30 days you’ve basically decapitated a country," says Baird Managing Director Ted Mortonson of the next evolution of war using artificial intelligence. 🚨FLOODS IN CHECHNYA🚨 The President had a telephone conversation with the Head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov , and the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Alexander Kurenkov, who is in the republic. The discussion focused on providing assistance to the region following flooding and floods caused by abnormal precipitation, and organizing assistance to victims. Sophia: In Chechnya, severe weather/heavy rain in late March damaged over 3,000 homes. More than 1,100 people were evacuated from the village of Kundukhovo, the city of Gudermes, and the village of Braguny. In the village of Novy Benoy in the Gudermes district, construction of houses for families affected by the bad weather has begun, following the instructions of the head of the republic. The Government Commission for the Prevention and Elimination of Consequences of Emergencies, chaired by Russian Emergencies Ministry Head Alexander Kurenkov, has classified the situation in flood-affected Dagestan and Chechnya as a federal emergency (with the instructions of the President). A storm warning for heavy rain, the threat of rising river waters, and strong winds has been extended in Chechnya until April 14, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the republic reports. Ramzan Kadyrov in his telegram channel on April 9 reported that : "As a result of the natural disasters, 4,363 households, home to more than 19,000 people, and 90 socially significant facilities have been affected. There has been significant damage to transport and engineering infrastructure: 438 sections of roads and 48 bridges have been damaged, as well as public utility facilities. There are serious damages in the education and healthcare sectors, with some facilities requiring major repairs or new construction. The most challenging situation has emerged in a number of municipalities, where population evacuations have been carried out." t.me/RKadyrov_95/64… Sophia: This is a huge disaster. SOME charlatans in Russia have been criticizing the President for raising the level of the emergency to FEDERAL LEVEL FOR DAGESTAN AND CHECHNYA. OF COURSE, THE PRESIDENT DID THE RIGHT THING. I AM SENDING MY BEST WISHES TO THE STRONG PEOPLE OF DAGESTAN AND CHECHNYA. 👊🇷🇺🕊 #Russia 🌹🇷🇺

🚨🚨🚨Did the @Telegraph remove this very important article about the solidarity between Lebanese Christians and Hezbollah because it DESTROYS ALL THE ROTTEN LIES of the fake state #Israel about Hezbollah? The report is all over the İnternet and I will now post it here TOO. All of it. IT SHOULD NOT BE FORGOTTEN THAT LEBANESE CHRISTIANS ALWAYS HAD A GREAT RELATION WITH HEZBOLLAH AND NASRALLAH BECAUSE IT WAS ALWAYS HEZBOLLAH WHO PROTECTED THEM FROM THE HEADCHOPPING JIHADISTS ON THE PAYROLL OF ISRAEL AND CIA. I will bold the important segments. The Telegraph: The complexity of Lebanon is apparent in few places more than Ras Baalbek, a Catholic Christian town in Lebanon’s northern Bekaa Valley close to the borders with Syria. The town, which boasts two Byzantine churches, has teamed up with Hezbollah in a bid to preserve its heritage and protect its 6,000 devout Catholic residents. So close are the two communities that the Iranian-backed militant group buys a Christmas tree each year for the village. “The relationship between the village and Hezbollah is stronger than with the Pope,” 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥Rifiat Nasrallah, 60, a quarryman and village leader whose marble sarcophagi line the village cemetery, told The Telegraph during a visit in the midst of war. “The Vatican did nothing for us but Hezbollah spilt their blood to protect us. The Pope only has prayers.”🔥🔥🔥🔥 Two soldiers from the Lebanese army, whose political leaders have vowed to disarm Hezbollah, sit in Mr Nasrallah’s home as he explains the local politics. A crucifix hangs next to a portrait of Hassan Nasrallah (no relation), Hezbollah’s former secretary general, on one of the room’s walls. The Bekaa Valley is beautiful, dangerous and cosmopolitan in equal measures. Christian, Sunni and Shia Muslim villages sit cheek by jowl. As The Telegraph drives there, Israeli jets and drones are hunting Hezbollah positions in the hills to the west after the militants let rip one of their long-range ground-to-ground missiles towards “the entity” the previous night. These missiles are large and said to be launched from adapted shipping containers carried by articulated trucks, which makes the drive there hazardous. But the threat that brought the Christians of Ras Baalbek and Hezbollah close came from the east. The village sits at the foothills of the arid Qalamoun mountains, over which you can trek just a few kilometres into Syria. It was from there, between 2013 and 2017 during the height of the Syrian civil war, that Islamic State (IS) fighters launched several assaults on the village, threatening to wipe it from the map and behead its Catholic residents. “The first attack came from a village called Qasr, just seven kilometres from here in Syria. IS came over the hills and reached the edge of the village and kidnapped some of my workers and tortured them,” he said. “At first, it was only Hezbollah and the villagers who fought back against the Salafists. We fought together with missiles and rockets. Many were wounded and some died. I was almost killed with shrapnel in my back from a mortar.” Mr Nasrallah did not say so, but the bond between the villagers and Hezbollah, is a case of “the enemy of my enemy is my friend” – or that’s how it started. During the Syrian civil war, Hezbollah sent thousands of fighters in support of the Iranian-backed Assad regime. Their adversaries included jihadist organisations such as Isis and the al-Qaeda-linked Jabhat al-Nusra. When IS first struck on Lebanese soil in 2013, the group was quick to the defence of the villagers, unlike the Lebanese army, which only became involved later. “The army was weak. The leader of the army at the time was not strong. He did not have the political support for the fight. Only later in 2015 and 2017 did they help,” said Mr Nasrallah. One of the two Lebanese soldiers said: “I lost five friends. One Humvee we were following was blown up by a mine. 1/2 #Hezbollah 🌹🕊

Ronald Regan called it a holocaust and ordered "Israel" to stop it.

US-born Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard—whom Trump let flee the US to "make Aliyah" in Israel—is lobbying for Israel to use nuclear weapons to return Iran to "the Stone Age." He also says Israel should drop a neutron bomb or atomic bomb on the Houthis during one of their massive rallies in Sanaa. Keep in mind as you watch these psychotic rants that Amb. Mike Huckabee and David Milstein (Mark Levin's stepson) met secretly with Pollard at the US Embassy in Jerusalem last year on friendly terms. (This is an 80-minute interview that I've edited down to 6 minutes. Israel Ellis pushes back in the full interview and says he opposes nuking Iran, though Pollard was unmoved.)

If JD Vance is departing for Islamabad, then Americans received assurances that Iranians will be there. I thought Iranians would not go to Islamabad without the Lebanon issue was resolved. Anyways, SADLY, NASRALLAH is no longer with us, AND THE REST IS YOUR PROFESSOR PODCAST BULLSHIT AND CHATTER, AND good luck and BE very careful about JD Vance who may be EVEN more dangerous than Kushner and Witkoff.

US-born Israeli spy Jonathan Pollard tells Israel Ellis that he was raised to never betray another Jew to "the Goyim." He claims US govt interrogators presented him with a list of "every major American Jewish leader" and asked him if any were "involved in Israeli intelligence." (See embed for the full story.)
