@UberINSupport , Very bad experience with uber today, 2 times drivers cancelled the ride and 3rd driver was not picking the call, not responding to the message, he let me waited for an hour & on top of that 3rd driver had 4.9 rating, How?

Expected closure is time out, still issue is not resolved yet. Please escalate this. This issue happened twice in same week. Have raised complaint 30 hours ago and no one has responded to this, what does mean by VIP services in below screenshot?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelcomplaint Hi, Again net is not working, this is 4th time same issue happened. Why Airtel service is too bad & slow? Local vendor resolves the issue with in 1-2 hrs & they increase the validity pack for the inconvenience while Airtel allocates engineer after 24 hrs &closure after 48hrs.
