Homelander will kill many innocent people. Billy Butcher will try to kill all the Supers but will be killed by Hughie. Hughie will be a Super Ryan will be in the final fight. The V1 will be removed from inside the Homelander, possibly by Marie. Homelander will die slowly. Starlight will kill The Deep at the beginning of the episode. Keep in mind that I don't know if this is true, so there's a good chance none of this will happen.
