@ulule Okay, but can I ensure that backers can only get -one- copy of that reward? Or would backers always have the option of getting multiple copies of that reward?

Hey @ulule, I'm looking to crowdfund a tarot deck in early 2022, and my plans include letting people chip in extra to purchase community copies as a kind of "pay it forward." Is there a way to do reward add-ons to make that easier, or would decks+CCs have to be separate rewards?

@Inumo In that case you would have to make a pack of 2 decks and it would be considered one reward

@ulule Okay, that's limiting the number of rewards in total, but can I limit how many copies of a reward a person can order? For example, shipping costs increase dramatically for more than 2 decks; can I limit people to ordering 2 decks w/o limiting how many people order 2 decks?

@Inumo Yes, you can back several reward and you can limit the number of rewards. Once the reward is used up, it can no longer be chosen

@ulule Mm, so add-ons aren't easy then. That said, I just noticed you can back for a given reward repeatedly, and/or back for multiple rewards. Assuming I can also limit how many copies someone backs for (eg "this reward is a max of 1, this one's unlimited") I think I can make it work.

@Inumo Yes exactly, variations are different versions of a reward. A person can also pledge for 1 deck + 1 CC as it would be a pack so one price because it's one reward So as rewards you can have: - 1 deck - 1 CC - 1 deck + 1 CC

@ulule So, variations are just differing versions of a reward at a set price point then? For example, a person pledging for 1 deck and a person pledging for 1 CC could be variations, but a person pledging for a deck + CC (i.e. twice the cost) would have to be a separate reward?
