Hindu haven't became Minority. North East was Christian majority before independence. Punjab was Sikh majority before independence. Lakshadweep and JK was Muslim majority before independence. And Goa too was Christian majority, Because hindu groups from Maharashtra and Karnataka shifted to Goa and reduced influence of Christian in Goa. Now they can't be CM of Goa where they were in majority few decades ago. People of Manipur used to follow sanamahism but Congress included them under Hindu category during census, so they started themselves as Hindu. People of Assam were non-hindus 300 years ago their praying style was different they used to follow Bathouism, Animism, Ahom religion. But Congress counted them under Hindu category in census. And they started thinking that they are Hindu.
