kamu spotları izledik. işte efendim "ışıksız yaya geçitlerinde atın kendinizi yola", iyi peki. de, bu geçitlerin çoğu neredeyse şehirdışı sayılacak duble yollarda, o yollar zaten hız limiti 50 olmaya uygun yollar değil, çoğunun kenarında kaldırım bile yok. nasıl olacak bu işler?
