@TJA4Michigan @JustinSpiro It says it right there in his article that Harbaugh had no idea, but I truly believe Spiro doesn't realize he wrote that. Spiro's "articles" are basically opinion pieces. They are very thin, with very little sourcing and no real meat. Its his opinion or hope, disguised as fact.

Partridge would have enough for a case if he actually cared. But there’s nothing that they can get out of Spiro. Hes not worth enough to monetarily make up for the shit he’s spewed. It’s just not worth it. But you’re right that UM admin don’t want things opened. And Spiro knows it so he’s crossing the line knowing he won’t get any repercussions

Defamation’s burden of proof that is really hard to meet. Anyone suing Spiro would need to prove that he knowingly and with malice published something CLEARLY false or was SO NEGLIGENT in not fact checked that the negligence amounts to malice.

Cover Up is always worse than the crime. So the athletic department barred Moore and Shiver from traveling together LONG before he was fired and chasing her with butter knives
