I gotta disagree. As important as HC and QB are, quality GMs stand as the most important to me
Out of the last 10 SB winners only 2 didn’t have elite GMs.
Those 2 that didn’t, had the greatest QB ever.Brady also won one in TB, and I don’t think Licht is a scrub 🤷🏽♂️

Last thing I’ll say about this whole Mougey/Glenn drama: 1. He’s done a better job because It’s an easier job. 2. It’s very easy for a GM to ‘win over’ fans with moves they make when no games are being played 3. GM is the least important of the 3 pillars (HC, QB, GM) Just win games and don’t make it a ‘this or that’ situation.
