Our *phenomenal* Ph.D. student Michelle Cho (@chhmichelle) was selected to represent the OB group at @kenanflagler’s board meeting last week, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Michelle represents the best of us. She’s smart, kind, and generous with her time.

@TheAOM Last but not least, our colleague @jesschristian28—who does more for the OB group at @UNC than just about anyone else—was recognized as one the most valuable reviewers by the editorial team of AMD. And I mean honestly, this shouldn't come as a surprise. Jess is obviously a gem.

Second, the Research Methods Division at @TheAOM awarded a *Best Conference Paper Award* to our very own Jeff Edwards! The paper, titled Moderation in Response to Surface Analysis, and was led by Leander De Schutter and was co-authored by Marius Van Dijke. Dreamteam, amiright?!

OUR COLLEAGUES ARE INCREDIBLE! And at this year's annual meeting of @TheAOM, their incredibleness was on full display. First, @timkundro received AMJ's Best Paper Award for his article with Nancy Rothbard, titled: Does Power Protect Female Moral Objectors?

You guys, our colleagues Matt Pearsall, Jess Christian, and Natalie Croitoru just found out that their manuscript, "A Stimulus-Based Model of the Team Adaptation Process: An Integrative Conceptual Review," is going to be published at JAP as a 🌟Monograph!! We're just so proud.🥲
