That’s a really stressful situation, sorry you’re dealing with this. A payout pause with ~$100k/month and a 0.4% CB rate shouldn’t happen without clear communication. With 15,000 dead and 6,000 missing, the support for Hamas has arguably grown, at least in the West Bank. A political solution is needed urgently, which should include the demilitarization of Hamas, and a two-state solution. If this doesn't happen soon, I worry the problem will only get worse after this war is over.
