@Depru_j Brodie got mad, I contacted the owner of the car via Yango, they instantly apologised for the driver’s behavior and even offered a refund. In Namibia, you meed to raise complaints. No wonder customer service is a ShitShow!

@Depru_j Same thing happened to me once. I told him he’s not allowed to pick up passengers while he has an active ride. He got rude and aggressive and wanted to charge me double because my friend and I were in the yango. I then told that he gets paid per ride not per passenger

So I took a Yango home today, and halfway through the trip, the driver started picking up other passengers without my consent. He didn’t ask me, didn’t inform me, just stopped, asked where they were headed (which was past my destination), and let them in.
