CORRECTION: DNI Gabbard's PREPARED written remarks say that "Iran’s nuclear enrichment program was obliterated" in June. She tells Congress that there have been "no efforts since then to try to rebuild their enrichment capability." She says the entrances to the underground facilities that were bombed have been buried & shuttered with cement. "We continue to monitor for any early indicators on what position the current or any new leadership in Iran will take with regard to authorizing a nuclear weapons program." She did not say these phrases on camera.

Markwayne Mullin embarrassed the shit out of himself in this hearing today. He can’t condemn political violence. He can’t admit who won the 2020 election. He doesn’t have any real qualifications for this role. Every member of the Senate should vote him down.

Hey Tulsi! Pepperidge Farm remembers....

White House says they asked Tulsi to fire Joe Kent. Her team says they didn’t. Kent says there was no imminent threat to justify war with Iran. Tulsi says Trump decided there was based on intelligence, without clearly stating the intel showed one. Now WH and ODNI officials are leaking conflicting accounts. The split over the core case for war is hard to miss.
