@unclejoolz Just making landfall now mate. We are the southern side of the epicentre so it’s the storm surge, rainfall and obviously flooding that is the big thing for us now. Scary man. The beach as far as the eye can see has literally been washed away. Very sad.

That little stretch of beach, the one I use at least 3-4 times a week, has now gone. Lost to the sea and the cyclone is still 24 hrs off. Shits gettin real and I’m not ashamed to say, I’m shittin it!

Clip taken 15mins ago doesn’t do the current ocean state justice. Cat 2 cyclone expected to hit GC in next 36-48hrs. I live 300m from beach & 8 floors up so not looking forward to the 150kmh winds & storm surge. Can’t recall this being mentioned in the brochure😉 Armageddon Time
