Every week we spend time developing our minds along with our bodies. This week we worked on activity called the helium stick. It was an exercise on our subject this week of fixed vs growth mindset.
I’m proud to say we used our growth mindset to work together and work through our mistakes to get the stick to the ground! It was MUCH harder than it looks! Mental performance is just as important!!! Thank you Brodie Vieweg for pouring into us!
