The Qur’an also says: “Indeed, those who disbelieve among the People of the Scripture and the polytheists will be in the Fire of Hell… They are the worst of creatures.” (Qur’an 98:6) Surah 9:29 states: “Fight those who do not believe in Allah or in the Last Day… among the People of the Scripture, until they give the jizyah willingly while they are humbled.” The command is to fight you. So, your Muslim husband can kill your church people according to Islam. Finally, the One who died to give you new birth is not regarded as God in Islam. His crucifixion and divinity are denied. If Christ is not Lord, then the foundation of your faith is rejected within that belief system. Are you willing to enter a covenant where your spiritual head does not confess Christ? Are you prepared for the theological and practical implications of that difference, including views on authority, family structure, and possibly polygamy? Scripture says, “Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers.” Follow the Bible. Choose well. Marry right. Muslim men are not bound to love their wives. They are even commanded to beat them. Choose a Christian husband. God be with you, sis.
