It’s energizing and boosts your endorphins so you’re even more excited to see your friends and make lurvvv to your person. It’s not unattainable. It’s about habit-stacking. Once you realize how good it feels it’s not a chore at all. And if you want to skip it? Skip it. It’ll be there for you when you’re ready.
