Not all Arabs betrayed the Ottoman Empire during World War I. Uceymi Sadun Pasha, leader of the powerful Muntafiq tribes in southern Iraq, was offered wealth, power, and autonomy by the British if he switched sides. He refused and said that he could not betray Ottomans for gold. Even when other Arab leaders joined revolts or aligned with Brits and others, Sadun Pasha maintained support for Ottomans in Basra and the lower Euphrates. He helped mediate disputes among tribes, ensured stability in trade routes, and even sent supplies to the Ottoman army when possible. After the empire collapsed, Sadun Pasha relocated to Turkey, spending his later years in Ankara, where he died in 1960.

It was twice as large as the Cuman-Kipchak confederation and would produce several successor states, including the Kazakh Khanate The first Khan of the Kazakhs, Kerei Khan, was a direct descended from Jochi. Hence the ethnogenesis of the Kazakh nation can find it's roots all the way from Jochi Khan
