Dear Admissions/Finance Office, Good day All, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the delay in processing my tuition refund from the University of Niagara Falls. I made my tuition payment on September 5, 2025. I applied for my Refund on January 28, 2026, and confirmed withdrawal on February 3, 2026. Since then, I have been patiently awaiting the refund. However, despite the considerable amount of 30 days stipulated by your institution, you have exhausted 44 days and a total of 193 days, my funds have been yielding profits in your custody, and I have not yet received my refund. Who would believe that a Canadian institution of learning where I intended to study would leave me with this kind of traumatic experience? Given how long I have waited since making the payment, and the additional time it has taken without resolution. At this point, words can not express how disappointed I am that an institution I applied to in good faith has caused me irreparable time and financial damage, destroying my payment plan to other institutions. I kindly request a clear update on the current status of my refund and when I should expect it to be processed and credited. This delay has caused me significant inconvenience, and I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to your swift response.
