
Tallow fries just taste better
•Cut and soak your fries in water for 30 mins.
•Pat dry and drop in melted tallow (med heat). Fries should sizzle when dropped.
•Fry for 5 mins then remove and lay out in single layer for 5 mins to cool.
•Drop mostly cooled fries back into the hot tallow for another 5-7 mins based on color preference.
We topped these with Redmond’s seasoned salt.
Soaking fries first, and letting them cool in between two fry sessions makes the most crispy and desirable crunch with a fluffy inside.
The Golden Arches could never compare.
