Out of experience, currently the best place to buy $ZEC is Router App Directly on Zcash, get your ZEC deposit address, go to @routerprotocol App, and swap any token on any chain to ZEC with 1 txn in under 20s. The second best place is ZEC on Solana (Also on Router App), just make sure it's this CA: A7bdiYdS5GjqGFtxf17ppRHtDKPkkRqbKtR27dxvQXaS Liquidity's good there, and it's easily bridgeable to Zcash via @near_intents when needed Don't buy on BSC (also out of experience :') )

🚨 BIG: Google research shows a future quantum computer could crack Bitcoin's private keys in just 9 mins, 1 min short of Bitcoin's average block time. The research warns mempool attacks could become a real threat, urging immediate migration to post-quantum cryptography.

Actually, it would have gone through using other swap apps as well It's more like an industry problem, basically the quote was there, the app warned about it and apparently the final outcome was within the set slippage tolerance. preventing would have been the best solution in this case but not sure if it should be the standard approach yet tbh -> which probably means the protocols are not yet ready to serve institutions..

sorry stani but this is no excuse the frontend shouldn't allow the trade to go through in the first place given the slippage involved. this type of trade could not have gone through in the first place on other swap apps and AAVE wants to serve institutions but can't even get their swap product right to protect their own users? it's not gonna happen with this type of attitude

Earlier today, a user attempted to buy AAVE using $50M USDT through the Aave interface. Given the unusually large size of the single order, the Aave interface, like most trading interfaces, warned the user about extraordinary slippage and required confirmation via a checkbox. The user confirmed the warning on their mobile device and proceeded with the swap, accepting the high slippage, which ultimately resulted in receiving only 324 AAVE in return. The transaction could not be moved forward without the user explicitly accepting the risk through the confirmation checkbox. The CoW Swap routers functioned as intended, and the integration followed standard industry practices. However, while the user was able to proceed with the swap, the final outcome was clearly far from optimal. Events like this do occur in DeFi, but the scale of this transaction was significantly larger than what is typically seen in the space. We sympathize with the user and will try to make a contact with the user and we will return $600K in fees collected from the transaction. The key takeaway is that while DeFi should remain open and permissionless, allowing users to perform transactions freely, there are additional guardrails the industry can build to better protect users. Our team will be investigating ways to improve these safeguards going forward.

Router OGA isn't your typical DEX aggregator like 1inch or bridge aggregator like Li.fi. it's a quiet cross-chain whisperer, thoughtfully enabling true any-token-to-any-token swaps across the multiverse of chains. While most stay comfortably within single-chain gardens, with cross-chain as a hesitant side step, OGA weaves the whole landscape: every major bridge (Relay, Near intents, Across, Chainflip, THORChain, Mayan, and more) alongside DEXes, touching EVMs, Bitcoin, Solana, Tron, Zcash, and whatever else blooms. A few pertinent OGA advantages to muse on: - One serene integration opens everything, gracefully managing same-chain or cross-chain paths without the usual tangle. - Splitting routes across bridges and sources yields prices that feel elegantly fair, even for trades of considerable scale. - Multiple providers per journey bring fewer hiccups and a calm reliability. - Flexible fees that allow healthy margins while keeping the experience smooth. Attached: a screenshot of some meaningful size moving with quiet ease. A whimsical challenge to the ecosystem; share your own screenshot of comparable volume on 1inch, Li.Fi, or anyone else blindly matching these metrics. Curious what others can showcase. This new year, let's make the world a better place together, starting with crosschain routing

$ASTER / Aster There’s plenty of drama surrounding $ASTER right now, so let me clear up the backend optics to explain why this aggressive slide is actually happening. One of the main reasons there is carnage on this chart is purely a result of people thinking they’re smarter than the trend. The chart is in a downtrend, and a large majority of $ASTER bulls have refused to accept it. Every time we get a 2% bounce, you can see retail tries to "front-run" the bottom by aggressively longing. But all they're doing is providing the fuel for the next liquidation candle. It’s a vicious cycle. Longs bid the dip, get trapped, and then get forced to puke their positions, which drives price into the next support level. And while retail tries to "hero buy," the top traders on Binance are aggressively de-risking their positions on $ASTER. The top trader long ratio has dropped to 61.3% from 70% in just a week, showing the pros are stepping aside while retail continues to feed the monster. They’re letting the retail "dip-buyers" do the heavy lifting (and the dying) until the liquidity is finally exhausted. Meanwhile, notice the Cumulative Net Shorts is relatively flat. This confirms that this isn't an aggressive short attack, but it's just the pure weight of trapped longs selling into a void because there's no real buy-side liquidity left. Now, price is trying to hold the $0.70 support. But if it can’t hold this zone, all of these late bullish longs who have been trying to recoup their losses by knife-catching are about to get flushed. Again. As long as the ratio remains this unbalanced with zero buyer support, the chart is looking at a fast trip toward the $0.61 lows.

$ASTER now trading in the $0.60s. The pain hasn't stopped for the bulls. Price testing the marked liquidity zone at $0.69 for support. Needs to hold and reclaim $0.72, otherwise $0.61 is the major low the chart is likely to hunt toward.

Yeah, I understand that. Zooko did a nice post on it too. Dont let personal biases obscure your judgement sir. I dont believe ZEC is scalable tech and thus its overvalued imo. I firmly believe, and history has demonstrated, that smart contract privacy solutions are a superior option for dark pools and anonymoized transactions vs a seperate and distinct privacy chain. I neither hate nor love it. Just facts.

@dajmeri @mert @Wealthsimple You can help recover ALL assets sent to a supported address owned by you, not "certain" assets. To me it doesn't sound like the support was lying, just seems like the whole team has a very limited understanding and almost no experience with onchain activity. Which is worse :)

@mert @Wealthsimple Multi-chain support for USDC, ETH, and other assets is coming early next year. Agreed that the current experience is lacking. And yes, we can help recover certain assets sent to the wrong network so let me flag to our team to assist. Can you please DM me?
