Build. Ship. Launch. • Life starts in color. As kids, everything feels possible. Paths are many. Curiosity leads. • Foundations (5–16): explore freely, fail safely, try everything.

If you’re serious about making big money as a web3 Jobber, stop trying to do everything alone. Build a small, disciplined cabal with three key strengths: - A Job Hunter – someone who can scan opportunities fast and knows exactly where the high-quality roles hide. - A Pitch Expert – someone who can craft compelling applications, write clean pitches, and position everyone for success. - A PoW Machine – someone who delivers consistently, collects proofs, and builds the reputation that closes deals. When you combine these three skills, the results multiply. Work together, share wins, rotate strengths, and you’ll unlock levels you can’t reach solo. Collab smart, earn faster. Retweet if you learn something here. Comment with what you can do, connect with someone and start now!

How to Filter Projects on DexScreener Step 1: Choose Your Chain Start by selecting the blockchain you want to focus on. Each has different characteristics: • Ethereum • Solana • Base • BSC (Binance Smart Chain) • Arbitrum / Polygon Step 2: Use the Filters Click the filter icon on DexScreener and set these parameters to find quality projects: Volume Filter • Minimum 24h Volume: $10,000+ for serious projects • Avoid tokens with zero or very low volume — they are dead or not launched yet • For meme projects: look for $50k–$500k volume (active but not saturated) • For utility projects: look for $100k+ volume (shows real traction) Liquidity Filter • Minimum Liquidity: $20,000+ to reduce rug pull risk • Ideal Liquidity: $50k–$500k for newer projects • High liquidity (>$1M) = more established, harder to manipulate Market Cap Filter • Under $500k — micro-cap, very early, highest risk/reward • $500k–$5M — small-cap, still early with growth room • $5M–$50M — mid-cap, established but can still grow • Above $50M — large-cap, safer but less upside potential PRO TIP:  The best opportunities for offering services are projects in the $1M–$10M market cap range. They have traction but still need professional help. Age Filter • 0–7 days old — brand new launches, extremely risky but need immediate help • 7–30 days old — early stage, still building community, prime hiring window • 30–90 days old — established rhythm, may need optimization or replacements • 90+ days — mature, usually have team in place (harder to break in) Step 3: Sort by Key Metrics After filtering, sort results to find the best targets: • Sort by '24h Volume' — find the most active projects right now • Sort by '24h Change %' — find trending tokens with momentum • Sort by 'Liquidity Added' — find projects that just added LP (sign of commitment) ⮕ Red Flags to Spot on DexScreener ❌  Liquidity under $10k — very high rug risk ❌  Zero volume for 6+ hours — project is dead or about to die ❌  Top 10 holders own >80% of supply — centralization risk ❌  Liquidity not locked — can be pulled at any time ❌  No social media links in the project description ❌  Massive price spikes followed by instant crashes — pump and dump pattern ⮕ Green Flags to Look For ✅  Liquidity locked for 6+ months (check on Token Sniffer or RugCheck) ✅  Steady volume growth over 7+ days — real interest building ✅  Increasing holder count daily — organic community growth ✅  Active social media presence (Twitter, Telegram, Discord linked) ✅  Reasonable holder distribution — top 10 holders <50% of supply ✅  Contract verified on blockchain explorer (Etherscan, Solscan, etc.) ⮕ How to Use DexScreener to Find Projects That Need Help Strategy 1: Find Projects Losing Momentum 1. Go to DexScreener and filter for projects 14-45 days old 2. Sort by '24h Volume' descending 3. Look for tokens with declining volume trend over the past 7 days 4. Check their social media, if they are posting inconsistently or have low engagement, they need a community manager or social media manager Strategy 2: Find Projects with Strong Charts but Weak Branding 5. Filter for tokens with $100k+ liquidity and $1M+ market cap 6. Check their Twitter and Telegram — if the visuals look amateur (bad logos, no consistent branding), they need a graphics designer 7. If content is sparse or generic, they need a content writer or social media manager Strategy 3: Find New Launches That Need Immediate Support 8. Filter for tokens 0-7 days old with >$50k volume 9. Check if they have a Discord or Telegram if not, or if it's chaotic, they need moderators and community managers 10. Look for projects with momentum but no organized community structure

The hidden problem killing Web3 adoption and how @QwertiAI is quietly building the infrastructure to fix it 👇🧵 In 2025, I helped onboard hundreds of students into Web3. Their excitement was real. They wanted to learn. They wanted to build. They wanted to invest. But something kept happening. They got stuck. Not because they lacked interest. Because Web3 was too complex. A typical beginner onboarding flow looked like this: Step 1: Install a wallet Step 2: Save a seed phrase Step 3: Buy USDT on an exchange Step 4: Withdraw to wallet Step 5: Bridge to another chain Step 6: Connect to a DEX Step 7: Approve tokens Step 8: Swap One mistake = lost funds. Most people quit. This is the reality: Web3 isn’t failing because of lack of innovation. It’s failing because of poor user experience. Infrastructure exists. Liquidity exists. Opportunities exist. But accessibility is broken. This is the exact problem @QwertiAI is solving. @QwertiAI is an AI-powered DeFAI aggregator designed to simplify and unify decentralized finance. DeFAI = DeFi + AI. Instead of forcing users to manually interact with complex infrastructure, Qwerti combines: • Artificial intelligence • Cross-chain aggregation • Embedded wallets • Fiat onramps • Liquidity routing Into one seamless experience. To understand how powerful this is, you must first understand the current Web3 architecture. Web3 is not one system. It’s thousands of independent systems. Each chain is its own environment. ➥Ethereum ➥Solana ➥Base ➥Arbitrum ➥Polygon ➥BNB Chain All separate. Each chain requires: • Different wallets • Different gas tokens • Different bridges • Different DEXs • Different interfaces This fragmentation creates friction. @QwertiAI solves this through aggregation

here are 12 ways to become the most useful account in your niche. as a small account bookmark this: - give real value with every post. attention fades. usefulness compounds. - pick 1-2 lanes: save time, make money, remove pain, or give clarity. own them. - reply to bigger accounts daily. not “great post!” add real insight. - every post needs 4 things: strong hook, clear value, proof, subtle CTA. - break down complex topics into steps people can act on today. - share what you wish you knew earlier. transparency builds trust faster than anything. - spot patterns others miss. that’s how you become the account people can’t unfollow. - turn your failures into frameworks. what went wrong + how you fixed it = viral content. - your bio is a landing page. who you help. what result you deliver. proof. - write for serious people, not casual scrollers. high-intent audience = high-value growth. - post. reply. quote-repost. help in DMs. repeat daily. growth compounds. - be the account people screenshot without being asked. your welcome.

Here's a number most Solana wallets never show you. Every SPL token account you've ever opened holds ~0.002 SOL in a rent-exempt deposit. It doesn't disappear,It doesn't burn, It just sits there locked inside accounts you stopped using months ago. If you've been active on Solana for a year: → swapping, farming, testing, collecting → you've likely touched 50–100+ tokens. That's 0.1 to 0.2 SOL quietly waiting in accounts your wallet balance doesn't highlight. Not lost,Not gone,Just invisible. This thread is about making it visible and what to do once it is. A Thread on @swappadex
