From being Africa's First Humanoid Robot and AI to actively solving real-world problems, one question has followed us from most media houses and journalists since its launch in 2022; “How will @OmeifeTech truly impact the life of an everyday Nigerian or African?” In response, we released a bold Omeife 5-year roadmap from 2022, which includes Omeife-as-a-Service and partnering in healthcare applications. Today, I am proud to say a major part of that vision has been delivered. Omeife has succeeded in providing an accelerated Digital Health and Telemedicine Solution, which is also a social impact encompassing.. AI and #technology application in healthcare are fundamental to Human Sustainability, which is why it is woven directly into the top SDGs…. Africa can not afford to stay behind. It was the opening ceremony of the Digital Nigeria International Conference and Exhibition (DNICE). I had an amazing panel session alongside other AI actors, including Bunmi Ajala, PhD, FHEA. A gathering that truly celebrates Africa’s digital evolution. Sitting on that stage, sharing about what @OmeifeAI (Africa’s first humanoid and AI) has evolved to, as well as thoughts on AI, innovation, and the future we’re building for Africa, reminded me how far we’ve come and how much potential still lies ahead. Every conversation, every question, every spark of curiosity… it all points to one truth, Africa is ready. Ready to create. Ready to lead. Ready to own its digital destiny.
