I know so many people prefer the ending where everyone dies in Little Shop but Seymour and Audrey deserved the happy ending. Also, I’m not a fan of how Audrey’s death is used to motivate Seymour. It takes away from her character

@unicomehe I took my nephew to see it when he was about seven or eight and I remember him saying he liked it except for all the singing.

@LoizidesSabrina @mickeyshy12 Yeah. Mushnick was definitely a murder. He knew EXACTLY what he was doing there.

@mickeyshy12 I like both endings but I prefer the longer one. The play was heavily inspired by the Faust legend and if you look at it that way Seymour definitely deserves his commupence. Also, by this point he was guilty of murder.

@mickeyshy12 Little Shop was the first horror movie I showed my boy. He calls it the chompy flower movie and absolutely loves it.

@unicomehe That would have been great. Been on a Little Shop kick listening to different versions of Suddenly Seymour. One of my all time favorite songs

@unicomehe I’ve come to terms with that ending but I hated it the first time I saw it and I agree both have their strengths. It’s all about what you want from the movie
