Hey was your country setting as a non-US country? I just realized my country setting was Canada (even though I’ve lived in the U.S. for 10+ years, I was in Canada when I registered Twitter and never updated it). I think it might be the reason since it seems like it’s open for US residents only. But the issue is even after I updated it still nothing happens when I click on the notification. 😭

@Tesla @elonmusk URGENT help needed. Tesla Insurance has been unresponsive for over a week and is causing irreversible damage. My car has been at a towing company for 10 days. EVERY DAY IT’S ADDING ANOTHER $150 to the bill, which Tesla Insurance claimed to not be responsible for after Nov 15th, BUT they still have not contacted the towing company to arrange the pickup. The adjustor never picks up the calls and I’ve sent 5 emails in the past week with no responses. What’s even worse is that when I sent my last email yesterday, I was told that the delivery has failed because the recipient’s mailbox is full. (See screenshot attached.) How is this acceptable for any insurance company?! What can I do now? I can’t pay for this $150/day bill especially if it’s not my fault. Please kindly send someone to help get the car towed immediately if you don’t want to keep damaging your reputation. This is already my third Tesla and please don’t push your loyal customers away.
