But after the family walked out with the other dog, the room went quiet again. He stood there for a second staring at the empty hallway before slowly walking back to his bed with his tail tucked low. I don’t even know what to say anymore.Watching a helpless donkey/pony being forced to pull loads far beyond its capacity… and then being beaten mercilessly while doing so this is not just cruelty, this is brutality at its worst. How can someone be so heartless? And the audacity to film it and post it on Instagram like it’s something to be proud of? This is beyond disturbing. We live in a time where there are alternatives e-rickshaws, small transport vehicles, so many humane options yet some people still choose to exploit these innocent animals and torture them for their own convenience. This is not tradition. This is not livelihood. This is abuse. I don’t know whether such people need strict punishment, counseling, or something even stronger but this cannot be ignored. There has to be accountability. These voiceless souls suffer in silence, carrying pain we cannot even imagine. Seeing this breaks my heart and fills me with anger at the same time. If anyone has details about the location or the people involved, please come forward. This needs to be reported and stopped. Because if we stay silent, we become part of the cruelty. This is not humanity. This is disgrace #AnimalAbuse

The Seattle doggy daycare employee who beat a dog to death will only spend 3-months in jail. Dejean Bowens pleaded guilty to first degree animal cruelty for killing a black lab that was in his care at the Lazy Dog Crazy Dog boarding facility in Ballard Aug. 2025. Bowens kept the attack going even after the Black Lab, named Mitch, was whimpering and hiding from him. Bowens received the max sentence per Washington state law. RIP Mitch 💔😢.
