Buyer beware of Samsung’s guarantees. Bought a new fridge on 28 April2025 with a 20 year compressor warranty and the compressor broke down in 3 1/2 months. I am insisting on replacement of a new fridge but Samsung only wants to replace the compressor.appaling customer care
Week two of Battle With Samsung
I have had 3 service visits by 3 different technicians and have got 3 different opinions. I don't want a new compressor ( in 4 months of use). I want a new fridge. Waiting for Samsung to fix my problem.
