i follow this.....magavaallam, maname sardhukupovali aadavalatho cos i see the biology... a 28 day hormonal cycle is tough on women...they cry when not needed, dont know why they cry, mood swings, fatigue from blood loss and emotional sensitivity. i guess i mentioned earlier that i keep a track of wife and daughter PMS days to help them and me navigate those days better.. educated my son as well as it would help him in the future... prepared my daughter that her future husband may not be as understanding or show the exact love i give her..

Life is never black and white, in majority of instances.... The more the couples approach me for marriage counselling, the more this point is driven deep into my head. What is right ? What is wrong? When asked about the state of their relationship, it's more like "chal raha hai"....they can't say that they are happy and in a postive space in the marriage....neither do they say that it's terribly bad.....it's like a kind of a cage....but they don't want to fly away from the cage either if given a chance.... They are in a sort of a limbo... They want to be in the marriage, but don't want to take any positive steps to change the status quo...one party feels dejected, depressed or taken for a ride. They don't even know what to do anymore and how to navigate this emptiness....this hits hard once the kids fly off the best. Until then their life revolves around kids, but once kids are older, they don't need the parents that much.... The couple has large amount time on their hands but there is a large amount of distance between them. #Marriage
