@drillinlooks @jackhibbert34 @fashion_nfl As a White Sox fan...been hating them for years. Luckily, most Minnesotans don't follow sports. At least not like Chicago. Can wear Red Wings jerseys with sometimes love!

During a game vs TX which Nolan Ryan was supposed to pitch but was delayed by rain. My friends and I chatted up Sammy Sosa, (he had a curly hair back then) We played Stadium Tag while our parents were drinking Miller Lite! Home Base was the showers in center field!

Used to get 3 pairs of tickets to White Sox games when I was in grade school if you had straight a's or perfect attendance. My little sister did the straight a's, I did the perfect attendance. We knew how to schedule tickets. Picking games was another matter...tbc

@fenixash8 Professionally, my job would be way easier if MAGA dissappears. As you know who I am, I'm ok with it. It brings honesty to social programs that have been taken advantage of. There has to be a balance between nationalism and social welfare.

@fashion_nfl One thing that nobody may know: the Twins were the first modern era team to NOT use a city location in their name. The Lakers were from Minneapolis because it's the city of lakes not because of the 10,000 lake thing.

@Littoria14 American, Canadian or Western European literally have no right to talk about Russia. America is already a brown Mestizo Brazil. Canada is pretty much a South/East Asian mixed country once Anglo Boomers all die. France and Britain under 15 population is only 67 to 69% White.

"Muslims" are not projected to be 30% of Russia by any serious estimate. And the city of Moscow is the most white European metro of its size, percentage wise, in the world.

🇷🇺Moscow’s Muslim population lowkey blew up over the years. Back in 2010 it was under 300K… now estimates sit around 3 to 4 million in a city of 13 million. Some even say that makes Moscow one of the biggest Muslim cities in Europe. Roughly 1M are permanent residents, plus up to 1.5M migrant workers. Most of the growth is from Central Asia + higher birth rates, while the ethnic Russian population is shrinking. Some projections even say Muslims could be around 30% of Russia by 2034. Now here’s where it gets interesting… The city has just 4 mosques. Each holds around 10K people. Meanwhile there are 650+ churches, with 200 more planned. Compare that to London, smaller Muslim population but 1,000+ mosques. So yeah… the gap is obvious. During Eid you’ve seen up to 400K people show up, even recently around 180K, and a lot end up praying outside. And the mayor has already said building more mosques is “over the top,” saying people are getting uncomfortable. But at the same time… surveys show most Russians still view Muslims positively. And you can see the cultural shift too, stuff like samsa is everywhere now. So yeah… city’s changing fast, infrastructure and politics just aren’t keeping up.
