Starting in Oct. 2025, FL drivers face a major legal change under what's being called “Trenton's Law.” For the first time, a refusal to take a breath or urine test during a DUI investigation can now lead to criminal charges — even for first-time offenders.

Going to be hard to prosecute though, since he blew a 0.00, refused the urine test, so they didn’t get any actual evidence. Plus, Tiger will have the best attorney money can buy.
