Hi @unstoppableweb , support ticket #246439. Since June 25, 9 transferred domains (Orders #2438912 & #2410187) are missing from my portfolio. Support confirmed it's a known bug, but after 2+ weeks there's no fix or ETA. I can't manage my domains. Please help

@cultra The previous registrar will receive a refund for the renewal if the domains transfered within 45 days or renewal. Registrars deal with this differently when it comes to compensating the owner.

Didn’t realize this. Is there a cost for most registrars or is it free?

1- I didnt i transferred it before expiration date I opened a ticket but its urgent as i see beside the names ( lost from —- days ) For example as you see i did a transfer for SunnyRing•com on 27 may 2026 ((((if i did a renewal within 45 days before the transfer it shouldn’t be expired now))) And as you see its Extend Registration and Transfer And the next reply i will share another screenshot for paying for renewal today And expiry date is jun 2027

I transferred domains to @unstoppableweb and I surprised now that the expiration date is the same before transferring! It should be transfer with 1 year renewal !!
