I can't really emphasize how inefficient & inconvenient ng mga services sa pilipinas. Just so I can get replacement for my debit card I need to submit notarized authorizations & other document ORIGINAL COPIES kahit nasa ibang bansa ako. it will take me what? weeks to mail them +
