I gained all my weight back….. in 4 days I binged so much I gained it back.

I’ve been binging so bad recently I feel so out of control

Just ordered new foundation and Ipsy bag hopefully when those come in it can keep me occupied

I officially beat my highest fast record! Was 36 hrs, now I’m currently at 37 !
