Reed: We are excited to add Ken Payne, Mark Nickel and James E. Boone to the Foundation's Board of Directors.

Reed: We have created several committees and sub-committees as a key part of our reforms. We have also added a group of advisors who can use their expertise to counsel the committees from an outside perspective.

Reed: The Foundation was under audit or review for more than 800 days. We have made the changes and recommendations given to the Foundation.

Reed: We have drawn a line in the sand with 5.5% as our spending policy.
