i’ve came to the realization that web3 is no different from a 9-5 PS: from an air-drop user perspective we are all sla-ves to the system. a web3 user would have to show up daily and contribute to a project in hopes of getting paid you’re not even guaranteed of getting rewarded. you would have to d!ckride & worship founders and idolos to get rewarded for your actions. - - - unless you learn a skill and start getting paid for it. you’re in a worse position than someone with a 9-5. they don’t have time freedom like you do but their income is sustainable. - - - pick a skill to learn in 2026 and go all in. you need to make that uncomfortable change today!

@0xmtech True. The game was simply different back then. Airdrops and testnets created real opportunities, so anyone consistently sharing alpha naturally attracted attention nd followers. Now the space is more crowded and growth is tougher.

it’s definitely way much harder to start from zero now! most especially if you’re trying to grow an account in this meta - - - i’ll argue that every single one of CTNG’s Idolo grew their accounts through air-drops back then, aird-rops (majorly test-nets) were profitable and it was way much easier to build an account if you provide consistent alphas. take for instance, @ NiphermeDave grew his account by providing insightful guides on air-drops @ Farmercist @ wilson_ @ DigiTektrades @ Im_patron and many other idolos all did the same! only a few percentage grew theirs through other means like: trading signals, NFT WL g!veaways and other means. - - - I was also able to grow my TG channel because it was way much easier to build one when money making opportunities were easier then. - - - It will be difficult for any idolo to grow their account if their account were to be sus-pended. if you currently own 100k followers and lose that account. you would be surprised by how difficult it will be to grow a new one to 10k followers - - that’s why it’s important to always have a backup account/channel and build a strong network to build you back up when things go bad. - - most importantly, learn a skill and be known for providing value to grow an account in this meta. <3

your success is greatly determined by your social circle + prayer this doesn’t mean you can’t make it alone, but having a strong circle with a similar drive will keep you going think about it, -> web3 jobs/gigs are gated and only shared between frens. -> money making updates are gated and shared between family and frens -> NFT WL are shared between friends a great example will be @xeetdotai creator cards. each certified creator qualified to share 24 cards to users but guess what! they only shared it to those with cards and frens - - your frens in web2 & web3 will greatly determine how fast you can make it. it only takes one opportunity to change your story. - prioritize on building and connecting with similar minded individuals. bonus: you’re in the wrong circle if you’re the only one trying to take their financial life seriously
