Beware! @upmc doesn’t track payments made. They deny payments that are made, even with proof. Don’t bother calling, they don’t know what’s going on, have no authority to resolve matters, and when they say it’ll be reviewed, no follow-up. No email, no chat. NOTHING!

Today, Mayor O’Connor announced that @UPMC has gifted $10 million for the City fleet. This transformative donation will allow EMS to purchase 9 ambulances and 1 rescue truck this year and a similar number next year. This also allows the City to purchase 35 Public Works trucks.

@UPMC You need to get better people on your support staff. I sent a check to you that cleared 5 days before you billed me again, claiming payment was past due. The customer service person I talked to was terrible as well. The kindest interpretation is that they're just incompetent.

At UPMC, we don’t just want to attract the best people… We want to keep them here, too. That’s why we make sure our nurses have plenty of opportunities for growth, promotions, and increased pay.

@UPMC @UPMCAltoona I got a simple MRI to rule out potential serious disease and after 2 months UPMC Altoona has still not read the MRI or given me results. What is taking so long? And why did I get a bill for services that are not complete? How many are getting sicker waiting?

@UPMC I’ve had the most horrible experience trying to reach someone at the UPMC Urgent Care in Waynesburg, PA and at the numbers below. The girl told me when I calked the 800 # that they aren’t affiliated with UPMC. This is unacceptable. Sad
