ils sortent du lot en te rappelant la lumière indestructible qui peut toujours briller dans ton coeur. Au lieu de te comparer aux meilleurs ou aux pires, ils partagent avec toi un refuge de liberté qui te donne envie de développer ta propre singularité.

Certaines personnes voient simplement le meilleur dans les autres. Ils inspirent la vie, ils gardent toujours un état d’esprit positif envers l’humanité. Au lieu de te renvoyer tes faiblesses à la gueule pour leur propre estime de soi

C’est apprendre à s’adapter à la vie plutôt que de se battre contre elle. Le mental, lui, il adore tout contrôler : il veut tout comprendre, tout prévoir, tout garder. Mais la vie, elle marche pas comme ça. Elle est changeante, imprévisible, pleine de surprises.

Quand on lâche prise, ça peut donner une impression d’abandon, comme si on admettait une défaite alors que pas du tout. Lâcher prise, ça veut pas dire perdre le contrôle mais réaliser qu’en vrai on ne l’a jamais vraiment eu.
