@UPS_Canada Your delivery service is the worst in Canada. You can't get a package from Ontario to BC, in less than 9 days so far. You've emailed me 3x saying my package will be delivered tomorrow, only to cancel the next day and reschedule for the next day, and repeat. #ups_sucks

Sigh! Another @UPS_Canada delivery that says “attempted” but we have a 24 concierge that was literally at the desk. Now I have to pick up at an access point with no redelivery options. This is ridiculous.

Yo @UPS_Canada can you tell your drivers to take actual, clear photos of where they deliver their items? Not only is my package missing, but this is the delivery photo. I live in a massive building, where there's a second, identical building. An apt number would have helped.

@UPS_Canada We switched to UPS from DHL because of your lower cost but facing a horrible situation, where UPS broker declared the wrong value and no refund committed. Customer service asked us to wait for 3 months for the refund but now saying the case was created wrong. It's a total scam.
