Step 3: People don't like signing up for newsletters. Especially when they're on Instagram on their phone. So give them something better to sign up for... A Giveaway prize. Make it a prize that only someone who is a good fit for your newsletter would want.

Based on my own data,
When to send emails:
- Tuesday (best click-through rates)
- Thursday (best open rates)
- Wednesday (low unsubscribe rate)
These are very general rules of thumb.
But every audience is different.
It's up to you to find out yours.
