Btw guys, tahun lalu Barbara sempat cerita kalau dia menjalani operasi laparoskopi krn endometriosis dan adenomyosis yg bikin dia nyeri hebat saat menstruasi.
kedua kondisi ini tuh bikin jaringan mirip lapisan rahim tumbuh di tempat yang tidak seharusnya dan memicu inflamasi atau peradangan kronis di tubuh, makanya rasa nyeri nya “bukan sekedar nyeri menstruasi biasa” ⬇️
