I been working so so hard on my health and my body, trying to eat enough and go to the gym. And I’ve been doing great. But the thoughts of wanting to watch myself shrink and the numbers go down are haunting me. I’ve worked too hard…. Idk what I should do truly #edrtwt #shedtwt
