Researchers just found that gas stoves are responsible for 12.7% of childhood asthma cases. Recently I read dozens of studies about gas stoves and indoor air quality. I also installed monitors in our home and ran my own tests. Here's what I learned.

@fransglobal @curious_founder Worldwide and then they used to infer something in the U.S. and their 95% Confidence interval on their final numbers about the US are between 6-19%… which is a big margin because the sample they are basing it on is quite small.

They established Odds Ratios using 3 samples from North America (reported some OR<1) and 7 from Europe (pre-2013; with questionable origins) to create a sampling distribution based on nine over sampled states.
