It's a bit over three hours, but it never gets boring. It lets you take everything in, fucking beautiful!

The costumes are great, the plot is engaging and the soundtrack is the best iv ever heard.

It's a shame it never gets mentioned, and it's mostly ignored.

I recently watched Barry Lyndon. It casts a spell on you, very magical experience. Stanley Kubrick's best film, yet so underrated :(
