@PatrickUrology Oh no sorry to hear that. Saw one earlier this year; huge AML in a premenopausal woman. Managed by embolization.

@uroresource Sadly 18yr old male presented loin pain, had emergency nephrectomy that sadly turned out to be rare sarcomotoid subtype 😓

Who here has seen a case of this? 🙋🏾‍♂️
