ALL other states cooperate with ICE and hand them over from the jails to be deported. Despite this, @FrankJScales was able to capture them clearly saying “Death to America.” We are seeing more and more Anti-American protests amid tensions in the Middle East. What should be done to ensure both the homeland and constitutional rights are protected?
