@uscfashion Where is my order? Your customer service is horrendous. I don’t want to talk to a chat bot that doesn’t understand me. The courier hasn’t received my order and it was supposed to arrive nearly a week ago as in pic.

@uscfashion so frustrated!! nowhere at all lists contact for customer services despite them saying service is foremost and they haven’t replied to messages on insta for a week! They don’t abide by their own T&C and will con you out of two delivery charges! Utter disgusted!!

Poor from @uscfashion ! Ordered a pair of trainers on Monday for my holiday on Saturday, and after chasing it up as it should have been delivered yesterday, to be told the parcel is lost.
I ask for them to send another pair out for next day delivery and they refuse! Crazy !!

@uscfashion absolutely shocking service. Paid for 48 hour delivery, last min item needed for holiday, was given yesterday as delivery date.
Coming up to hour 72. Item will be sat on my doorstep now until I return home in a week. Fingers crossed its still there for me to return.
