Today is July 11… @delta and @airfrance lost my bag on July 1st. Still waiting on someone to look around their baggage service office and find it… Unreal.

@airfrance They aren’t working hard. I witnessed firsthand at Dulles Airport one worker and a room full of hundreds of bags not even checked for weeks.

Hi @airfrance , I just wanted to say that you’re the worst. It’s been 3 days now without luggage in literally the other side of the world. No apologies or explanations. So disrespectful and disappointing. Worst customer service ever.

@AirFranceUS your Washington Dulles Baggage Claim office today with 1 person working! Unreal. Hundreds of bags thrown in with no order whatsoever and no one caring. Weeks if not months of peoples’ luggage sitting in there. Disgraceful. Get this mess solved now!

@AirFranceUS 7/1 flight from Paris to Washington Dulles. Lost luggage and Zero communication or customer service. This is what I found today at Dulles with 1 person working. Shameful. No regard for your customers. Clean this mess up now!

@AirFranceUS still waiting for an update on my luggage. Customer service is located in Philippines and have zero contact with any Air France personnel to check baggage status. They essential repeat what online system says. How is this helpful to anyone? Worst customer svc ever!

@mairinoguinn @airfrance Absolutely unacceptable way to do business. Zero updates, no one to speak with who can be at all helpful or knowledgeable. 2 bags lost 7/1. Never will I fly Air France again.
