The stablecoin payments stack is maturing fast, but before your team spends stablecoins, someone has to pay them in stablecoins. The compliance complexity of doing that across jurisdictions doesn't shrink just because the currency changed. The spending side keeps getting better while the earning side hasn't kept up. That's what we're building for.

This is big. The part most people aren't thinking about yet is what happens when companies start using onchain equity as comp and have to figure out the tax and compliance side across 15 different countries.
Securitize@Securitize

We’ve partnered with @jumptrading and @JupiterExchange to launch fully onchain, regulated trading for tokenized equities on @solana. This integration combines Securitize’s regulatory infrastructure, Jump’s liquidity, and Jupiter’s distribution for tokenized equities.

Great points here — the entire earned wage access industry exists because ACH is too slow to pay people when they work. Stablecoin payroll solves that by default. Billions in market cap built on a problem that's architecturally trivial to fix. We've been building in this space for a while and it's great to see the narrative finally catching up.

We talk to business owners every week who want to pay their team in stablecoins. The #1 hesitation is always the same: “I don’t want to migrate my whole payroll system.” You don’t have to. Here’s what we tell them:
