@su_jo Haven't as yet. What I was doing was planning a funding application to enhance out current bespoke system, (based on a standard package) but then the people who maintain it said they were pulling out of all CRM maintenance . So at scoping stage. It's a casework based CRM

The life of a #smallcharity CEO, spent some considerable time this morning scoping and researching a new CRM system and drafting a funding application for the same. Just received an email from our current provider saying they are withdrawing from the market!

Another busy month. Not only have we been preparing for our name change (more to come tomorrow). We have also been busy making some new tools to make public the impact of local charities and community groups and their areas.
