genuinely hate that i have to keep repeating “it’s okay” to myself just so my heart doesn’t feel like it’s being ripped apart

when im eating by myself. but the way i look now, theres no stigma attached. im still kind of standoffish, but people dont immediately dismiss me or ignore me in public, i can walk into a store and the ppl are noticeably friendlier or ask me questions and try to help

over the floor :T but i feel safer being skinny, or less judged in public? like people see a fat person doing anything and the first thing they comment on is their weight, i used to feel like i couldn't do anything or go anywhere without being judged, let alone eat in peace esp
